Community Access
The world is yours. We facilitate outings to local Portland parks and events to ensure our clients stay connected to their community.
Our staff provides transportation and 1-on-1 coaching for social interactions at local markets, libraries, and sporting events.
Plan Advocacy
Your voice, amplified. We work closely with case managers to ensure every goal in the ISP is pursued with relentless consistency.
We document every milestone and attend ISP meetings to ensure the state-funded services are being utilized to their full potential.
